Lifestyle Entrepreneurs You Need To KnowWhose online business do you admire most and why? And who are some lifestyle entrepreneurs worth paying attention to?

Since it would be impossible for me to pick just one person's online business I admire the most or just one person I follow, I decided to make a very comprehensive list of 35 Lifestyle Entrepreneurs I admire and that you need to know about as well.

These incredible entrepreneurs have been like virtual mentors to me on my entrepreneurial journey so far, and they will continue to inspire, motivate and influence the work I do in a very profound way.

Many people started to ask me who I learn from and get inspired by, so I figured the best way to actually do it was to make the most comprehensive list of all time with today's top lifestyle entrepreneurs out there.

I'm going to kick this off with one of my all time favorite quotes:

You are the average of the five people you spend the most time with. – Jim Rohn Click to tweet!

The 35 incredible lifestyle entrepreneurs are listed below in no particular order. I may do a part 2 as well, because unfortunately I had to leave out quite a few entrepreneurs I wanted to include on this list! Well, until next time…hope you'll enjoy this post!

35 Lifestyle Entrepreneurs You Need to Know

Tim Ferriss

Lifestyle Entrepreneurs You Need To Know Tim FerrissTim Ferriss needs no introduction! He's a living legend, and someone I truly admire and he has inspired me so much. He calls himself a human guinea pig and author. Tim is a 3 time best-selling author of The 4-Hour Workweek4-Hour Body, and his latest addition The 4-Hour Chef. I've read all of them and they are awesome, and I try to use strategies I learn and implement in my own business and life.

Ever since I read The 4-Hour Workweek, I knew that there was more to life than a regular 9-to-5 job, but rather live a life on my own terms. This was the starting point for me on my entrepreneurial journey, and I couldn't be more thankful for that!

If you have't read any of his books, I would suggest that you start with The 4-Hour Workweek, it's a must read for every entrepreneur out there!

      Have a great weekend,

      – Navid

  • It’s so awesome to be in such fine company and an honour to call 80% of these people my friends or within my circle of influence – plus they’re all living life on their own term and with integrity. Great list and excellent summary of resources for each person too – that should make it easier for people to dig into and get to know us all better! Thanks Navid… PS tempted to get to Colombia next year myself so let me know what you think.

    • Hey Natalie,

I’m glad that you like the list I put together and it’s so awesome that most of them are your friends! I
can’t wait to attend live event and meet you guys in person!

I’m loving this Blog Challenge, thanks so much for putting this together. I can already see that it’s affecting my life in a very good way. I’m not only getting much more consistent traffic to my website, improving my writing and forming a habit, but also learning a lot about myself as a little bonus. Thank you Natalie!

I need to go to Colombia to visit my very good friend Nate, that’s one of my first stops when I leave Sweden behind 🙂

      All the best,

      – Navid

PS. I do think you get a few clicks from my site every now and then since I linked you up in every post this month 😉

  • Katya Barry says:

Great list. What’s interesting that out of 35 only 6 are women. How come?

    • Thanks Katya, appreciate it!

Haha, actually I realized that, and I wanted to include more, just the fact that this is the 35 that I follow the most and I learned from from the very beginning, kind of like my virtual mentors. Hope this makes sense…

There’s many more extraordinary women out there of course, like Danielle LaPorte, Melanie Duncan, Liz Dialto, Nathalie Lussier, Erica Douglas, Elisa Doucette. That’s why I’m doing a part 2 next month, and possibly a list with only women entrepreneurs later on to even it out more 😉

      All the best,

      – Navid

  • Manikandan says:

Thanks Navid for providing this huge list as I knew only Derek Halpern & Neil Patel from this list. Now I have more entrepreneurs whom I can follow & learn about internet marketing.

  • Van Shumake says:

Wow! Impressive list that you created! As part of the Fire Nation Elite Mastermind with John Dumas, as well as an avid listener of his podcast, I have learned so much about these people though his interviews! You just put the cherry on top with this post! You were short, concise but dropped the most important nuggets on to the audience. I am sure people have gained knowledge and a new understanding of everyone on this list! you rock! Keep up the great work!

  • Adam Dukes says:

An excellent list of 35 great, inspirational entrepreneurs. the first 2 of your list, Tim & Gary, were the ones that introduced me to the whole idea in 2010. I first read Crush It and was hooked. I then read 4 Hour Workweek per Gary’s recommendation and learned about Internet Marketing.

I am actually interviewing Neil Patel next week and am excited for it. Again, a great list and thanks for putting it together.

Hi Navid, This is one of the all time best blog posts I have ever come across. I am an aspiring lifestyle entrepreneur from Dubai and would say this list absolutely rocks! However, I believe some pioneers of lifestyle entrepreneurship like Eben Pagan, Kavit Haria, Mari Smith and Michael Stelzner deserve mention in such a list.

Keep up the good work and cant wait to see Part 2 of this terrific post!!

  • David Moore says:

Wow, what an awesome list of lifestyle entrepreneurs Navid! I’d definitely add Rasmus Lindgren who runs and Laurel Staples over at as they both create exceptional content and have both helped me move my business forward.

  • Jacki says:

    Hi Navid,

Great list. I like how there are both familiar faces and some new ones, too.

I’m surprised you don’t have Scott Fox on there, though! He has been a successful “lifestyle entrepreneur” longer than most of these other folks.

I’ll bet most all of the folks in your list above have read his books, especially Click Millionaires: Work Less, Live More with an Internet Lifestyle Business You Love, too. At least I know he’s done podcasts or New Media Expo panels with many of them.

Scott runs the free coaching forum at which is great for anyone who wants free help starting their own lifestyle business online.

    Congrats on your blog challenge!

  • John Abaka Amuah says:

Great to know I’m not the only one out there.

  • Great list! Nice to see them all compiled in one location. Some I have never heard of, which is good. Many are the same ol’ people you see everywhere. Always good to catch some new faces and get new perspectives.

  • Gonzalo Franco says:
